Chief Delivery Officer
With many years of experience as an engineer in the solar industry, Lucie manages a national team of project managers, engineers, and coordinators, as well as a team of procurement professionals. Her extensive background in solar, energy storage, and electric vehicle (EV) charging project development and construction allows her to successfully lead a team covering a wide variety of projects, not limited to technical challenges. She is a results-driven leader with a passion for smooth operations and digital transformation that ensure the highest project quality and customer satisfaction since she started with PowerFlex in 2014.
Prior to joining PowerFlex, Lucie began her career in solar working with Sollega, a solar racking company, as a VP of product, and then as a Senior Engineer at Bright Power, a New York City-based energy management company. She graduated from INSA Lyon with a Master’s Degree in Energy Engineering. She has been a NABCEP PV Installation Professional since 2015 and holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
She is passionate about sustainability and believes that it is everyone's job to participate in the global effort to preserve our planet. Aside from her role at PowerFlex, she is also the President of the Board of GreenHomeNYC, a volunteer-run nonprofit that provides sustainability education and networking events for young professionals in New York City.
With more than a decade in the clean energy industry, Lucie brings engineering expertise and technical knowledge as a leader and speaker. She has been previously invited to speak at numerous industry events, including RE+, Solar Power International, Building Energy NYC, and NYS Interconnection Technical Working Group, to name a few.
She offers deep experience in project development for commercial solar projects and has built lasting relationships across the energy sector over her years delivering successful solar, EV charging, and battery energy storage solutions.
