Maryland has recently passed the Clean Energy Jobs Act, committing to generate 50% of the state’s electricity from renewable resources by 2030. They announced a specific goal to increase solar in the state by 14.5% by 2028.Solar Renewable Energy Credit (SREC) prices will drive attractive solar economics, and battery storage is on the rise with new programs such as the Energy Storage Income Tax Credit program.
